Terms of Service

These terms govern orders placed through https://bakesncakes.in with Bakes 'N' Cakes, operated by BNC Express Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Shop No. 3, Near Shipra Mall, K-Block Market, Gaur Green City, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014. Placing an order means you accept them.

How an order is placed

This website does not take payment. When you tap Confirm & Order on WhatsApp, we create an order reference and open WhatsApp with your order summary. Your order is not accepted until our kitchen confirms it on WhatsApp. Until then it is a request, not a contract. We may decline or ask you to change an order if an item, a flavour or a time slot is unavailable.

Prices, payment and taxes

• Prices shown on the site are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices for design and custom cakes are indicative. The final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before baking begins, because it depends on weight, flavour, tiers and decoration.
• Payment is collected directly by the outlet — on pickup, on delivery, or by a payment link we send you. We never ask for card or bank details on this website.
• We may correct an obvious pricing error before confirming an order.

Delivery and pickup

• Delivery is available only in the areas listed at checkout. The minimum order value for delivery is ₹300; delivery is free above ₹2000, otherwise a flat ₹30 applies.
• Time slots are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather and kitchen load can move a delivery by a reasonable margin; we will tell you on WhatsApp if it does.
• Somebody must be reachable on the WhatsApp number given at checkout. If we cannot reach you and cannot deliver, the order is treated as delivered and is not refundable.
• Pickup orders are held at the outlet until closing time on the chosen day.

Custom, design and theme cakes

• Design cakes are made to order and need the preparation time stated on the product or agreed on WhatsApp.
• A reference photo is a reference, not a specification. Every cake is decorated by hand, so shade, texture and finish will differ from the photo. We will not remake a cake for a difference of this kind.
• We cannot reproduce third-party artwork, logos or licensed characters where doing so would infringe someone's rights.
• Once decoration has begun, a custom cake cannot be cancelled or changed.

Cancellation and refunds

• Standard menu items: cancel free of charge until the kitchen begins preparation. After that the order is payable in full.
• Custom and design cakes: cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot. Inside 24 hours, or once decoration has begun, the order is payable in full.
• Food is perishable, so we do not accept returns. If an item reaches you damaged, wrong or genuinely not of acceptable quality, message us on WhatsApp within 4 hours of delivery or pickup, with photographs, and we will replace it or refund it.
• Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid, normally within 7 working days.

Food, allergens and safety

Every item we make is 100% eggless and pure vegetarian. Our kitchen handles milk, cream, wheat, soya and nuts, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of traces of these. If you have an allergy, tell us on WhatsApp before ordering. Cakes containing fresh cream must be refrigerated and eaten the same day.

Your account of yourself

You are responsible for the accuracy of the WhatsApp number, address and slot you give us. An order placed with a wrong or someone else's number may be cancelled.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a delay to an event.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
